Teambuilding and personal development activities

We are part of a team at home, work, school and elsewhere. Our team building activities are based on fun and adventure and are delivered in a game approach. Each game serves a purpose and has a learning goal.

Capacity Building

Capacity building is more than training. It aims to increase human knowledge and skills for personal, organizational and institutional development.

GLOBE Program

The Global Learning and Observations to Benefit the Environment (GLOBE) Program is an international science and education program that provides students and the public worldwide with the opportunity to participate in scientific data collection and, and contribute meaningfully to our understanding of the Earth system and global environment. GLOBE was announced by the U.S. Government on Earth Day in 1994 and launched its worldwide implementation in 1995. In Lebanon, the program was launched in 1998 through a bilateral agreement between the U.S. National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration and the Ministry of Environment. The Association for Forests, Development and Conservation (AFDC) was assigned as the Country Coordinator. Up to date, 35 private and public schools joined GLOBE Program in Lebanon.

The GLOBE Program involves four different scientific protocols

Any school can join the program by coordinating with AFDC to conduct the needed training activities and provide the needed equipment and material for the program implementation.
